Bikes We Service – Please Read Before Bringing In Your Bike

We pride ourselves on selling high-quality bikes, and that’s what we prefer to repair. Modern bike repairs are highly technical—hydraulic disc brakes, electronic shifting, dropper posts, and e-bikes all require extensive knowledge, specialized training, and dedicated time. Our trained technicians are busy providing top-notch service to our customers.

Here’s what we do:

• We repair all bikes we sell.

• We service high-quality bikes sold by other independent bicycle dealers.

• We can't always repair department store bikes (e.g., Canadian Tire, Walmart, Costco, Amazon, etc.). We don’t sell these bikes, and we are not obligated to repair them. However, we are happy to provide contact information for independent technicians who can help.

• E-bikes: We only service brands we carry. All our e-bikes have UL Certification, as required by our insurance. E-bike fires from uncertified, second-hand, or improperly repaired batteries are a serious safety and liability concern. For your safety and in compliance with insurance regulations, we cannot accept these bikes in our shop.
