All online orders are shipped from Tuesday to Friday. We do not process or ship online orders on weekends or statutory holidays. Most online orders are processed within 1 - 2 days of the order placement. Some orders may require additional processing time due to the size of the order, availability of the order products or volume of orders being processed. Our system gives Fraud alerts which may delay some orders. If your order is delayed, we will contact you via e-mail with an estimated order ship date. We will always put in our best effort to see that we take care of your order in a speedy and efficient manner.
We offer ground shipping within Canada only. Canada post regular parcel service with tracking.
Orders with a pretax total of up to $139.99 will be charged $18.99 - $25.99 depending on your province.
For a few extra dollars we can add signature required for better security.

Most orders will be ready within one to two business days. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from our suppliers. Some items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. We expect that you will pick your item up within 14 days otherwise it may go back into stock unless special arrangements are made in advance.
Bicycles can be purchased online and picked up in store.

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.
No Returns on Bicycles or Labor

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. There are no refunds on shipping.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cycling Shorts & Helmets are Final Sale. However "Trek" Shorts & Helmets do have a 30 day comfort Guarantee.
Restocking Fee: If you are ordering an item that we do not have any intention of ever having in stock we will let you know at the time of purchase that there will be a 20% restocking fee in the event that you must return it.
